yea im all for the knockers but brickster aint havin it. :/

I took it down when it was not censored, I have not touched it since.

I love tits ass and poonanny like any other testosterone filled dude but I know some people can't be having that ****, even if it's a 100x100 pixel avatar on their computer at work.

+1

As someone who does view TB mostly from work, it only makes sense to censor or edit these images from our avatars & sigs. I know I could potentially get into serious trouble and/or lose my job if that was seen by some of my coworkers. I understand where people could complain about this, and how it might be against some forum rules to show nipples, etc in sigs & avatars. But to play devil's advocate here, if I may; that's why we all have the ability to unclick the box that says "Show Avatars" on our profile "Edit Options" screen. There's also one for sigs, and one for images in general.

Much like watching TV; if you don't like what's on, change the channel. Don't ban the show.

Then again, a lot of people recognize people through their avatars. I think it adds to the experience to have them there. However, there are plenty of situations where having near porn on an otherwise harmless car forum could get people in trouble, whether it be work, at home with the kids/wife, or tbrix browsing in church...oh that's right, all tbrickers are liberal atheists.

Valid point, assuming everyone doesn't change their avatar very often...and a lot of people here do.

For me personally, I tend to recognize people based more upon their screen name than I do their avatar. But now that we allow people to change screen names as well, it's just as difficult in some instances to know who you're dealing with.

I know I tend to change my avatar out every ~6 months or so, yet my username has remained the same since ~1999. :e-shrug:

exactly :)

and i now i can see my avatar :oogle:

Isn't is funny, how on TB, you can say "tit", but you can't show one?

I removed the edited avatar once when I first saw this thread. I guess it's OK, but if I roll across it at work, I might remove it again. So just don't post too much.

I also regularly remove non-car animated gifs in sigs. Stuff that's too big, or has clearly been taken from other sites. If it's avatar-sized in the sig, I probably leave it alone. At my discretion.
