It looks like you can still get the 45mm long studs that came with the 20mm spacer kit from Volvo.

Skandix has them for less but shipping is going to eat up any savings unless you're already placing a large order with them.

164 studs are 1/4" longer but they're NLA afik.

Only the front studs on cars with vented rotors ('72-) are longer and they're NLA.
