Hey folks.
Wondering if you can help me out. If nothing else I'll document my issue and the resolution and perhaps help someone in the future!
I have a 1974 142 GL that I'd like to install a nice wooden steering wheel on (the safety sally wheel on it is killing my vibe).... specifically the Momo Heritage Indy. It is a 350mm wheel with the standard momo fitment (70mm) and a center horn.

In the forum archives I found one reference that the splines on the later 140's (73/74) are the same as the early 240's....and thus momo kit #0315 is needed, however the only ebay seller I have found says 0315 does not fit my car and thus I need a more expensive Nardi adapter, which he says is tapped for both Nardi (73mm) and MOMO wheels (70mm).
The 0315 kit appears to be very rough looking with a smaller diameter and has no rubber surround, creating a less than ideal look. Link here:

The Nardi adapter (Nardi part# 4301.00.5302) looks much more finished, but I'm concerned that it won't mate perfectly with the Momo wheel with full horn operation etc:

Anyone have any experience with this or any of these parts? I'm sure I'll be able to eventually chase this down to a conclusion, but I'd prefer to have some direction before I make a bunch of purchases and returns learning the hard way.
Thanks!!
