Push to pass boost control

The difference between .8 and 1.0 bar boost isn't going to make enough power difference to justify the complexity of what you're doing. It'll have a placebo effect, where the driver pushes the button and THINKS something is happening.

What series do you run?

OP should use a simple solenoid to block off wastegate signal entirely and a decent shot of nos along with it to keep the engine alive, tied to the same button. Then a roll of tape to stick the button down all the time.

I run Lemons mostly. Sometimes Lucky Dog. I currently run a .8 bar spring, but I have a .5 bar spring too.

OP conspicuous in your description is ‘OE intercooler.’

Replace that with an NPR charge cooler for near ambient intake air temps and a seat of the pants power improvement.

OK. We ran an N/A 245 in LeMons and were pretty successful. Are you looking for strategy advice or no? I'm not looking to step on toes.
If I go NA, it will be with a straight six. Just looking for advice on low and high boost. I don't know when the last time you ran Lemons was, but there has been a little bit of speed creep. Lucky Dog in the West has had a large amount of speed creep. Low boost goal is keep up with traffic, high boost goal is to get around V8 cars that won't let you pass in the corners, and then floor it on the straights.

Not a bad idea. Looking at logs, it looks like we run between 100-120F MAT. Is that the Isuzu truck intercooler?

It's been a while but I keep up with it, so I'm aware of the speed improvements. Speed is irrelevant, however, if you're not on track turning laps. That's how you win.

My guess on boost would be something like 1.3-1.5bar to get you around cars. Heck, you probably only need it for a few seconds to get up to speed and then go back to low boost to complete the pass.
The Isuzu NPR intercooler is a great upgrade for a 240, but I'm not sure how it would fit into a 7-series. For 740s there are some nice alloy center entry intercoolers that are drop in, but they are not TB cheap. They are worth it though.
