I'll check tonight for the fuel line size but I'm pretty sure I have 3/8 steel braided from the pump to the fuel rail. Did you install the MS and wiring? And please be sure to crank with the coils and injectors unplugged until you have oil pressure in the system before you start the motor for the first time! You'll probably get some hydraulic lifters clap for awhile until they are all charged up with oil. I used Rotella T4 15w40 in hot weather.
