Not sure, it was a while ago. I started out with, I think, 40mm lowering springs and then once they were installed measured from the top of the wheel arch to the top of the tyre. I then marked that measurement on the corresponding coil and cut the front ones in the car and removed the back ones to do the same. Then trimmed small amounts until I had my desired ride height. I will mention that if you are planning to do this you will need shorter stroked shocks ( I had mine shotened by 70mm or as near as 3 inches) for the front because what ever the factory amount of shock absorber travel is I have exceeded it. Short version is, about 4 inches lower, if I had to guess.
