    Actually, there is another question I have. I purchased a grill and headlight doors from an 84 240. The grill does not fit my 92 240. The 84 grill is too tall. Know of anyone that has done this swap?

    Hey, yes. All Volvo excluding the 4-Series, 3-Series, and early 850's all have the same pattern. The difference for you car is that you need to find a RWD car to get wheels off of, or get spacers to be able to put on FWD wheels.
