My 90 245 with the same issue had a bad ecu. We spent months changing parts, then got an ecu and everything changed. I will be in sac on saturday, I can bring a MAF and ECU that are known good if you would like some help

Hiperfauto said the b18 should have the cap go to the oil filter, and pcv to the manifold. So I think what you have is correct. Unless I'm mixing everything around

It should work either way, but I was told one engine is happier one way, the other is happy the other way

From my knowledge the b18 is hooked up that way, and the b20 is hooked up with breather to filter, cap to manifold.
