    Volvo B230ft stock fit header

I could probably do two bottles, could sorta sneakily do it at work. PM me about it, or otherwise let me know about cost to rent, definitely something I'm interested in, though I may just try and rig something up on the fly. On a side note, wouldn't it be funny to rig up a blasting cabinet to...

    Volvo B230ft stock fit header

My junk head is so junk I can't even clamp it down without drilling and tapping (facepalm)

    Volvo B230ft stock fit header

No filler is a good idea, though I do have a few spots where the gap is probably juuuuust a little towards needing quick dab to keep things meshing. A purge flange would be amazing. I was just going to send it without much of a purge, if any, since I'm tight on funds and I only have the one...

    Volvo B230ft stock fit header

Hardest part was deciding how make the cuts at the collector. A laser and some careful measuring got me there, but then I took someone's advice and 3d printed a template in case I want to make another one and can then skip all the farting around with a laser.

    Volvo B230ft stock fit header

Here's where I'm at with the "stock" style header I'm making. Quotes because it's not really stock, in that the oil feed and drain likely do not fit the same (with a stock 13c). Not bad for a first try id say. Waiting till I have access to a thick table to weld it all up, so i can clamp it down...

I for one would love it if you cranked out some flanges, can you also do a stainless b230 8 valve flange while you're at it? Or mild....the one I got from yoshifab arrived very warped. Little bit butt hurt about it.

940 with wierd idle, low rpm stutter, stalls and misfire

I'd be looking at AMM placement and also spark plugs. I recently had more or less the same symptoms. Checked a bunch stuff before pulling the plugs to find that they were totally toasted, barely any electrode left and the gap was wayyyy off. New plugs in with gap set and now it fires up just fine

How big of a pain is an M46 rebuild?

May I ask what you mean by "we"? As in, do you own or work at a place that makes this stuff? I have an m46 thatl likely need some work soon as well...

Engine whine synced to revs, power steering pump? [video with sound]

Makes sense, I never would've thought to try that.

Did you try spraying water at each pulley? I've found some slippery belts that way

Engine whine synced to revs, power steering pump? [video with sound]

So you have to kinda scoot them away from each other I guess?

How does unbolting it work? I'm imaging the the flex plate going bonkers against the converter making a huge racket, no?

    Muffler flap?

I have this crappy muffler sitting around, not a Volvo piece. It has some manner of flap on the outlet side, does anyone know what it's purpose is? Might just weld it open
