I have this clunk inside the rear diff in my 240 with this truetrac I installed, the pinion turns probably 2-3cm before turning the carrier as well as makes a whining noise when turning, it clunks pretty good when on and off the gas, as well as going forwards/back in parking etc.

kind of a long shot, but I've got an 81-88 style tach in my 89 and it obviosly doesn't match the dials, does anyone sell just the face that I can swap on or do I have to buy the correct tach?
I can't for the life of me figure out how the top part of the inner front doors attach, i believe it has something to do with the clip, however the door panel seems too thick or something isn't right, what am I missing here? see attached pics

Ok, I've removed the driver's side motor mount, moved the PS lines, and moved the rack out of the way, I still can't get the pan off. Is there some special trick? I don't have a lot of vertical height to work with, and I've tried angling the pan both ways. Please help!
