I have completed my 19T turbo upgrade, and the car is back together. I have my megasquirt waiting in the wings, but for now I'm still on the TLAO 2.4 chips.
If I run my HKS SSQV, the car will stall if I rev it while stationary. With the CBV installed, it doesn't do this...
Just finished up the new downpipe for the 19t. I've generally never used any sort of assembling sealer at the joints but... Figured it's worth asking while it's apart.
I'm using those impact band clamp things at the joints and it's all slip fit for the joints.
Any opinions on this? (LOL)

On my 93 245 +T I've been addressing a number of issues at once while the car is down swapping from 15G to 19T.
The one on the docket today is... the fan.
I don't have any cooling issues, but I wasn't water cooling my 15G either and I plan to water cool the 19T. I have a 240 turbo fan...

I thought I remembered reading that the Mitsu/Volvo turbine housings (exhaust side) were all cast steel? Anyone able to confirm this?

Crew, wandered out to my 93 245 this morning and my oil light was on? Car started fine but noticed I didn't get ANY oil light during the startup light check. Car drove fine. Oil level is fine. When I shut it down, the oil light was off.

Went to Home Creepo today. Car ran fine. Back it into driveway to unload lumber and AFRs peg to 10. With the 577's, this is a problem.

I had been having idle issues (long post about surging idle in performance) since adding 577cc/min injectors and an 012 AMM. After significant troubleshooting that had me second guessing ALL of my results, it ended up being a bad AMM. Replaced it and the idle and cruise is fine now...
