[264GL, 1977] Lost all keys!

Do you happen to have the original owners manual that came with the car? Mine had the key codes for the main key and trunk key written in the book, should be a specific spot in the book for it.

Unfortunately no... The car has no papers or manuals.

So locksmith who can come to my car it's only way right now i think

Take out the passenger door lock and there is a number on it, locksmith has a book looks up the number and cuts a key that works in the doors and the ignition..
If you do this and get me the number, I can cut you a key. I believe you can also cut it according to the vin or the owners manual. An other thing you can try is impressioning a key. It takes some time and practice but you can do it with an uncut key blank and a rat tail file. Put the key blank into the lock that you want to unlock and try to twist the lock. Use some force but not too much. Pull out the key and inspected the key. There will be little dents on the key. File away the dents and repeat this process. The dents will continue to show up until you have filed the key to the right cut heights. Eventually you will have a working key.

IIRC when I got my 92 240 the key was a valet key so it only worked in the ignition. I was able to get the key code and just cut the key that worked in the, doors, trunk, ignition, and glovebox. There are two different keys that work in those locks but the cuts to work both can be put on one key if that makes sense.

This is not accurate please ignore.

UPDATE:
- I try pincers, can't even turn screw a 1mm
- I try to use chisel, metal is to hard so i can't make enough cut to put screwdriver
- I try to drill it, broke 2 drills... There was small hole
- Make a cut with chisel but still can't turn it with flat screwdriver....

Any ideas to remove ignition and steering lock without removing lower dashboard support and/or whole dashboard?

It's not that hard to just pull the lower dashboard support. You can remove the screws on the ends and along the front edge and just slide the whole thing rearward. With that support out of the way you should have a lot more room to work and you can probably remove the bolts with some pliers

Just drill into them with a larger bit, you don't need to drill the bolts out, just a small hole in the head of the bolt, enough for a bolt extractor to bite into, hammer it in and use a tap wrench or adjustable wrench to turn.

Screws are removed - i almost can't move over lower dashbord bracket still... Maybe i'm missing screw or something? When i move steering wheel whole ignition and lower bracket move few cm but not enough to remove it from car...

Beside the two headless bolts are also two Philip's screws you'll have to remove, once those are out you insert the key to unlock the column lock then everything should slide out.

I always remove the horizontal bracket. Slide it out to you so the nylon guides headless screws are ez to remove.

Now i know what u mean with slide it... But today I remove whole dashboard, disconect u-joint etc... So screws are locked with red threadlock from factory... That's why imo removing it with pillers or chisel... Even outside car it was hard to start it unscrewing. Now i need get this to locksmith! :)
