Hi! I'm rebuilding my sender unit from 1977 Volvo 264 with B27E - Volvo 1235295. I want to rebuild car with oem parts and withount changing parts to ''new ones".

Problem is - my car have very early type of fuel tank and sender. Smaller hole in tank "Type 1", smaller sender unit diameter with locking ring "welded" to sender - you need to rotate whole unit to remove it.

I zinc coated whloe thing, resolder level fuel parts and put all together. In a few days i want to add correct high pressure fuel line. Right now it looks like this:

Since i own car i don't have all parts for sender - i find upper part, float and socket filter in tank but can't find fuel pump and fuel pump bracket.

I need help - photos of missing parts like bracket and correct lenght of oem fuel pump. I need to see how cables for fuel pump are routed under sender unit.

I find only few pics of this unit (without pump ofc), greenbook page and genuine parts catalogue Volvo 240/260 1974-1978:

Any photo of fuel pump mount or whole stock unit for TYPE 1 photos will be helpful!
Help!

I believe the pump bracket was redesigned on the second sender pic I posted. That sender has the same part number as yours does. The wire loop is what holds the pump instead of the hose clamp and strap that's shown in the greenbook. The parts you're looking for have been discontinued so you'll have to make them yourself. It shouldn't be difficult.

The pump has also been discontinued but Skandix sells this one to replace it.
