3D Printed Parts Thread

Now that the little rubber feet for 240 gauges are $20/each shipped, I feel like it's an ideal little piece for someone who can print flexible filament.

Can't find anywhere 88' 740 euro headlamp trim without washer holes. (This is drivers side). Those grey ones under the washers. Im planning to remove those washers. 1000053733.jpg1000053732.jpg1000053736.jpg

Selling cheap parts & files for 240 & 740/940 sun visor clips. Files for the 240 clips existed, but they were bad. Geometries are nailed on these. We also have a great filament for replicating the (odd) color of the original 240 ones.

Does anyone sell 3d printed 240 front speaker mounts?

I've printed these successfully for someone. I don't recall hearing feedback on how well the model suited the need.

PM if interested.

I've got a few prints up on Printables:
Fuse block cover plate and retaining clip that sits in the kick panel
Upper seat belt mounting point cover - A model for this already exists but it did not fit my 89 well at all so I designed my own
Wagon liftgate lock cylinder gasket - My lock cylinder gasket was leaking into the lift gate, so this is a TPU print to replace the gasket. Seems to be working so far.
Man, I got an stl for the fuse cover knob I need to upload.
Ill have to print myself a door, I got one but its the wrong color and it bothers me, will test this soon thanks.

Lots of great contributions here. I've added them to the repository. Thank you everyone!

The 740/760 US Spec Headlight bezel "Doors"...

I feel like I've seen some movement in printing these...but because of where they are on the car...I'd think they'd like need to be printed out of some pretty heavy duty material (ABS? Nylon?).

Has anyone had any luck? Or does anyone know of someone who's had luck printing these? Because of so many original ones that are broken, and the european guys snapping up all the US ones, I feel like there'd be a pretty good market for 3d printed replacements...
I would lwk suck schmeat with proper gusto if someone had made the models for the quad square bezels and the mounts for the 240. I really don't feel like paying 400+ smackaroos for used headlights no matter how rare the part itself is.

If anybody in the area has a bezel I can borrow to scan and reverse engineer, I could possible draft models.
