(another) '83 Beige 242DL that isn't actually beige!

225/50/16 on 16x9.5 is the way (I used 265/45/16 on the rear...but the 225s fit fine, and I had 9.5 all around).

Saw the blue 242 on my way to work this morning, looks great! If you're in need of any parts before you head back drop me a line.
Seriously? I didn't realize you were over this way! I was running up to walmart- if you've got time maybe I can say hey before I head back to MI on Saturday in the car I drove down here. I need to try and get my hands on a stock driver's seat with a base to get a bit more legroom, and also a complete 91+ AC setup so I can upfit either the blue or yellow car.

Come to Pennsylvania and rob my 244 for parts. I have a spare driver's seat and the '90 AC stuff works great, even if the condenser is a little bent.

Update: 1981 242 scotia car is still at my parents' house in MD (alongside my 1971 142S that I need to desperately revive)

'83 yellow car finally got fettled with for the first time in months aside from pushing it around the garage.
Positive battery terminal showed great promise:

Air filter correlates my story that the car was parked sometime in 1993 with 93k miles on the odometer

I was too lazy to make the 5 minute drive to Oreilly to spend $3.49 on a new battery terminal

After getting everything "hooked up" as seen above, I hit it with a bit of ether and the B23 barked off.

Decided to investigate the status of the fuel tank and ensure the fuel stank was indeed valid. Affirmative- smells as bad as it looks.
