Okay. The crossmember is for an m41. only the m40 crossmember would need to be swapped.
Where are you parting out the s80? Both Sat and Sun?Come by next weekend. This weekend is s80 partout. We may even be able to get your rad fixed, or @Jack( I know you have one to sale) could bring one to sac.
S80, The engine really does not want to come out the top. 940 at least has good stuff for the normal 240 enjoyer, the s80 was bought just for the turbos for @AnthonyHardy2 and his Frankenstein t6 242 that overheats if he drives it when it is over 70* outside.Idk what would be worse to part out
A 940 or s80
Thats what I thought, Just me and Anthony, maybe @CaliMeatWagon will come by. We will be downing Radlers all day long, 100* forecastsee u next weekend

I will likely do it in my 245, Unless I get my Spindles on and my brake shake is solved. Gotta see if my NA 245 can beat Anthony on that road100f is rough. Not sure if I'll make it this weekend. Maybe next.
We should plan to redo the original drive we did last Nov. My stainless steel brake lines and new/rebuilt calipers are in, just need to put them in. I hope to have them.done soon and it would be great to test them on that canyon run.
If you are talking about me I am far from an expert.Yes, next weekend is 940, and our resident b20 expert will be there. Feel free to come by either day this weekend or next.
The radiator warping in the way it did is still pretty wild to me.S80, The engine really does not want to come out the top. 940 at least has good stuff for the normal 240 enjoyer, the s80 was bought just for the turbos for @AnthonyHardy2 and his Frankenstein t6 242 that overheats if he drives it when it is over 70* outside.

But if you compare yourself to me and Anthony, Anthony didn't even know what 3 on a tree wasIf you are talking about me I am far from an expert.
No, we are more important, come now. See you next weekend, plan for sundayI'll be there for the 940 part out. Still have things going on this weekend.
Spock these guys will bring you down with experience..But if you compare yourself to me and Anthony, Anthony didn't even know what 3 on a tree was
What are you talking about, we just lifted the front of the s80 with a cherry picker to slide the subframe from under the car, with no injuries so far. Anthony's idea by the way, I was fine with doing it the more difficult way of through the top. Even I was sketched out by the whole operationSpock these guys will bring you down with experience..
Do I need to attach photos? What are you talking about, we just lifted the front of the s80 with a cherry picker to slide the subframe from under the car, with no injuries so far. I was not present for this. The car was at one point teetering on a pair of jack stands. Then help up with a strap and cherry picker by the bumper. Looks like someone went under it.Go for it. That engine was ass to pull. It took about as long to take the accessories and take it off the trans as it did to drop the sup frame. No more whiteblocks for me after that
Again, I blame @AnthonyHardy2. He made me. He had a weapon of mass destruction and threatened to use them if I didn't do what he said.I was not present for this. I am at a loss for words.
Y'all need an adult.
