Are 244 & 245 rear doors the same?

Are 244 & 245 rear doors the same? There's a guy near my with a wagon parts car and I need a rear passenger door for my sedan, any one know if it will fit?

YEP, & so are Frt.fenders(242,244,245, all same). Also 145 and 245 share same tailgate, but that's all far as body.

not exactly

front fenders are not exactly the same

I put 89 240 fender on a 91 240 both 4 door sedans
they go on the car but do not line up exactly
the 89 is about 1'' shorter

the radiator support is a little different too
hood catch does not line up right with 89 support and 91 hood

maybe if all the bits from both sides are used it will work
but mixing parts will have odd gaps ect

Fits, but locks are different on early models, changes about year 78.

140 style latches and hinges till 76 ish.
