240 Are the front and rear doors on the 240 sedan and wagon the same?

I'm not positive, but I think they are. Look at the back door on a wagon, it curves down at the top as tho it were for a sedan as well.
 
Basically yes,but actually no.
Hinges,and door limiters changed from 140 style 76-77 ish.
Wide lower cladding trim was added in 86, which when removed will reveal two 3/8" holes and adhesive on the door skin.
