B20 roller rockers?

Current state of models. New shafts and bushings are on the way. WPC treated pins are on the way. Going to print a full set to mock up distancing for the new bridges and shaft clamping. Almost ready to machine the first run for testing.

Op1 of the 1.65 ratio rockers is underway. Roughed out and dimensional checks for pins, and trunnion bushings are all set up.

Going to get a few sets sorted out and shipped to a test moose for Christmas. Most likely going to be looking at a group buy opportunity in January.

Pricing for this first stage is going to be right around $900.00.

One fun thing about the pushrod motors is that it's really quick to swap rockers. When I first got my KG roller rockers I drove them back to back with the stock, only about a 15 minute break in between to swap the rollers on and adjust them. It's a subtle difference at lower RPM's, possibly even a bit less power down very low? But the higher you rev, the more you feel the difference. That was with an R cam at the time.

I’d love to get someone on a dyno for back to backs with these.

About 25g lighter each. Consistency of geometry, and a bolt on affair. The first kits will be the stage1, consisting of 8 rockers with new shaft (so my ocd can set the bushing clearances), new adjusters, using your stock pedestals. Shims included for front-back alignment. User might need to shim height depending on how sunk their springs are.

How much does one weight stock and one of yours

Damn, I feel like my bank account is about to become lighter.
Group buy will open up after test install… save your Pennie’s and add it to your Christmas list?

I’m thinking that the shaft girdle for high spring rate users will be mid Jan for testing, and I’ll offer a discount to those participating in the stage1 sets

I don't like you right now. I would need something to handle dual springs as well. Can't jump in on this, need to pay the card down first, but next year....along with the next wave of spending spree....

I think this one might see a few rounds of group buys and probably keep some stock on hand.
