B21 Weber intake coolant leak

Hi everyone. I am in the middle of Webber swapping my b21 and have run into an issue regarding the coolant ports that ran through the stock intake manifold. The new Peirce manifold for the Webber has no coolant ports and just blocks them off. I have redone the intake gasket twice now and it has immediately started leaking as soon as I have turned the engine over.

Now I don't know what to try next. Any help is appreciated.

What size? I’m starting my swap next week.
There are 2 different sizes. The one towards the front of the head is a 0.7 inch (18mm I bought on Amazon) and the one towards the rear is a 0.5 inch (3 of them come in a Ford small block plug kit you can buy on Amazon). Both plugs are in and seem to be working, but the car isn't on the road yet. I have to source a timing light to finalize timing and then finish carb tuning. None of the local parts stores had anything in those sizes so I found Amazon to be the cheapest and fastest option.

That was a big help, thank you. Holes are plugged and I'm taking a break before I hook the carb up.

Wow, also a fellow BC resident with a B21 powered 244. Just about to install my new Pierce manifold and googled to see whether I need to bypass the coolant ports or block them off and this was the first hit. What are the odds? Thanks buddy!
