B21ft turbo mounting questions

Would anyone be able to tell me what specs I need for the 4 bolts that hold the turbo to the manifold on a B21FT? I'm thinking M10x1.25 and 90mm long, but that's just my educated guess. Also, can someone explain that locking setup that is part 10 in the diagram? I am about to get the turbo put on my 84 intercooler turbo wagon.

The greenbook says you can reuse the bolts as long as they are not shorter than 89mm. I think that's a typo and should read longer than 89mm as they're a torque to yield bolt and subject to stretching. Unfortunately the bolts are NLA so your SOL if they're stretched.

The lock plates are 2 pieces, one that goes under the bolts and the other that gets hammered onto the 12 point head of the bolts. Once the top plate has been installed the bottom plate is folded over the tabs on the top plate to secure it.

I'm gonna look around, but I can't find them anywhere. This car was partially disassembled when I got it. I have the guy's whole parts collection as well, but so far I have not found anything. Thank you for that page, I need to get the greenbook obviously.

I have thought about it, but I think at least for now this 84 intercooler turbo is getting put back together straight up stock everything. Well, other than I want to turn up the boost a little.

I have some plates around here somewhere if you need them

I can take a look this week to see if I have a set. I probably do...somewhere. I'll never use them so I would gladly ship them to you if you can use them. I can measure them as well.

I appreciate it, I went ahead and got some ARP bolts of the correct dimensions with a 12mm 12 point head on them. I bet they will work just fine and work with the locking plates like the original. They won't be TTY bolts, but I don't think it's gonna be an issue. I will torque them in the pattern from the green book up to 54 ft lbs, which is where the bolts are supposed to have their 9,970 lbs of preload, whatever that means. This thread helped me figure out what I needed to do for sure, I did not understand the locking plates, or that the bolts were 12 point.
