B23F Upgraded/Modern Injectors?

What are folks liking to replace LH 2.0 injectors with something more modern? IIRC I've read on here that the stock 2.0 injectors operate close to duty cycle and that a more modern (90s?) injector will have a better spray pattern (cone shaped?)

Looked at some old posts on here and there was mention of "dialing in" the AMM for new injectors. What does this mean/involve?

I used some mid 2000’s naturally aspirated S60 injectors on a mildly warmed up B23F (K cam, shaved head) and it ran very nice

The new injectors from P2 Volvos are quite popular (or other injectors in the Bosch style). They can be identified by color - unless you have plans that involve needing more fuel, you'd look for one that matches the lbs/hr of your current injectors as closely as possible. mblue240 sells some and has a nice chart of most of the options in his first post. However if he doesn't have them in stock you may need to go junkyarding.

There is some fuel mixture adjustment available by turning the trim screw on the AMM, but I don't think it should be necessary if you get the appropriately sized injectors.

Thanks for the mention! I absolutely say run the newer injectors. If you read my thread and still have questions just let me know.

I haven't done any major upgrades to my car, so I have tried to stay close to the factory flow rate. On my two cars I run pink or yellow (NA), since those pretty much match the factory injectors. When I finally get around to +t I'll run browns, again because they're close to factory turbo injectors.
