I'm currently in the process of doing a full suspension refresh on my 245 which includes new front LCA's and poly bushings. I went to install the larger rear bushings and the inner sleeve has very noticeable slop. The ID on the superpro bushing sleeve is large enough that is spins freely on the LCA and falls off if I turn the LCA upside down. There's a few thou of side to side play between the sleeve and LCA. Is this normal? On the old OEM Volvo LCA the inner sleeve seems to be an interference fit.
I'm considering welding the sleeve to the LCA to elimiate the slop. Please advise.
