Cylinder damage

Hello,

I'm searching for advice that what should to do in this case, or is it necessary, the engine is working almost properly in idle have a little heistation, but it's working. Should I to dissassemble the head and to take off the pistons to give the engine block for checking or what else. Only the 4 cyl. is looking like this the others are normal. It looks like that something had been there btw piston and the head / valves, imo.
The engine is B200FT with 420 000 km, It's working on 0,6-0,8 bar. I did't have checked the compression yet.

Pretty much. If you still have some compression you can probably get away with driving it for a while, but any significant scoring is not gonna get fixed unless you rebuild it and bore out the cylinders.

This photo is 6-7 moths ago, so the car is driven still, but i'll check the compression, and yes maybe should to take off the head and to see what is going on inside after take off the pistons, i think.

If the compression is within normal limits and if you don't plan on restoring the beast then ignore it and drive it til it dies; otherwise if it is low you'll need to rebuild the engine pretty soon.

I noticed a similar thing in one of my engines. Compression was great across the board, so I just didn't really worry.
