Davis 2024 - April 27-28

Ok thanks guys, but I just went ahead and rented a car for the weekend. I just emailed the coordinator about the taco event after the drive on Saturday evening.

Disc golf!?

Sounds like a good plan. I also have Monday morning to play another course, or go back and finish the rest of the 33 holes at Lagoon Valley. They close at sunset and it's $5 to park, so I assume they kick you out and/or lock a gate.

Not sure about that park, but what some of the do around is lock the entrance gate, but leave the exit gate open.
 
My local park is technically closed at sunset but a bunch of weirdos come out to "smoke and poke". We find condoms and syringes all the time. Maybe the occasional lost bag of meth. The disc golfers tend to loose their weed and vape pens. You could play disc golf at night, but you don't want to...

Wagon is washed, wax tomorrow, prep for driving over the pass...in the f'ing snow! Also gotta see if I have a spare steering coupler, starting to get some play in mine, noticed that rolling it back into the garage tonight. Awesome.
