I had a few people bail on me this week and subsequently I need a couple more Sunday day of show parking volunteers.

If you like free food, getting first dibs on parking spots for your show car, getting to look at all the cars as they come in the show, AND getting some exercise on a Sunday morning...please message me here or email socialmedia@sacvolvoclub.org!

More details:
Parking volunteers generally show up at 7am and we cut you loose as soon as the gates close (10:30am). 3.5 hours, that's it!

We open the gates to show cars at 8am, BUT to avoid chaos, we let all the volunteers that have a car entered in the show bring their cars in to the park at 7am and park their car before we open the gate. You still have to park within your parking/judging model group, but you get first dibs on the spot you want within your model's parking group!

NEW THIS YEAR - we will also feed you lunch! And we will have coffee and donuts for volunteers only.

This is a great way to get a first look at all the cars and talk to the drivers right as they come in the show.

You will also get plenty of steps in while you're walking around directing cars!

For some reason I thought this was last Sunday, when it's next Sunday. Too much travel on my brain with Russ constantly travelling, my work, and my parents going to Europe. They will be in town next weekend AND we are already planning to be there to pick up some furniture. I guess there's a chance I'll be there, likely in a rented van.
 
Looking forward to this, I need to avoid Jack so I don't bring home any extra parts he is giving away.

Surprisingly one of my twin girls (Taylor) has decided to go to Davis with me, might even bring the family dog, Pierre.

I really need to run up to Paradise to pick up the complete M47 240 swap, but don't have time. If anyone is interested in one, let me know. We can figure it out. I'm not shipping.
