Figured I'd start my own thread instead of hijacking the 3D Printed parts thread.

I designed a couple of things to help save money on my Microsquirt swap.
Why not give back to the community and offer my models for free.

Yup. I used a Delphi GM IAT Sensor which has a 3/8 NPT Thread.
The hole is to size, just needs to be tapped.

Good stuff! Have you printed and tested these parts yet? What material would you recommend?

Yes.
I have both the tube and the TPS adapter on my car now and they seem to work well.
IAT temps seem accurate and there are no vacuum leaks so far. TPS sensor adapter works as intended.

I printed both parts in PETG at 100% Infill.

What settings did you print the ASA at?

I have an all metal hot end already but still have the bowden tube set up, not direct drive.

Pi Dash Project Using a 5" Touchscreen I had laying around from another project.
It will be a direct replacement.

I plan on using a 12.3" screen for the final project.

In one of my boxes I have a CHMSL I took from a late 240 wagon. The shape of the mounting housing doesn't line up with '83 tailgate metal. I haven't looked too hard at the feasibility of modifying what I have to make it mount vs aiming for something 3D printed, but if I can find it in one of my boxes, would you be interested in figuring out a model?
