Hi, I have started the disassembly of my leaky B204 16V engine.
And i'm going to post the progress here.

Tips and tricks always welcome 8-)











 
Cool. Make sure to use the correct sealant between the halves of the cylinder head. Clean very thoroughly before applying.
Volvo 30644517
Loctite 510 also works
 
Also don’t apply so much anaerobic sealant between the upper and lower cylinder head portions that you block the oil passages in the head.

Today's progress: just cleaning (mose time spend then with the wrench action ;))
