Engine Rebuild Questions

Alright so I have been putting this off for a while now and want to see what my options are. This is my first engine tear down/build just as an FWI and am looking for guidance. I took apart my engine due to suspected piston rings, but discovered worse as I dug deeper. Cylinder and piston scoring, along with rod/main bearing wear on cylinder #2 mostly. It was because of an exhaust leak I had on one of the exhaust runners that I neglected, so most of the wear is on that one cylinder. But my plan is to recoat the pistons and either hone or bore out the cylinders as recommended in a recent thread posted. What should my next steps be for the bearings/journals? The crank journals seem fine but would like to get some professional advice. Want to mention that this is a b230ft with forged wiseco pistons, H-beam rods, and a 2.5 penta crank for context. Here are some images of the damage, and here's the link to all the other pictures I've taken: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/16--VnIbC0DUvLQkFw4yy5hTNzzrTxcd5?usp=sharing. I might be missing some crucial details, so please let me know if you need more information. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

Looks like the piston is trashed, judging by the rod bearings, the crank journal is probably worn. The big end on the rod should be checked for the proper size /out of round. The cylinder? hone it and check the bore. All in all, it looks like a hurt motor to me.

^I took apart the pistons and rods and uploaded them, could someone tell me if these are still useable? These are the only signs of wear I noticed out of all of them.

The pin bores look fine. The big thing is you should be measuring the pin and bore so you know what the clearances are… that’s the important part.

Edit: one thing to note about the pin bores, you can still see the crosshatching. This tells me they had enough clearance and oil to support the pin and to keep it from wearing the pin bores.
A lot, if not all, aftermarket piston pin bores are honed to a size that’s usually tight and it will cause galling or the pin will polish the bore. It looks like someone set those piston pin bores up correctly.
