I have a 984 to go into my 240 turbo conversion.
Does anyone have a compatible BIN with no immobilizer I could use to get the old girl running when i have finished.

i don't see a reason why they wouldn't work aside from physically. the square pins are 25 thou vs the circle pins being 20 thou

The IPDdown lh2.4 tuning program if you open the bin and save it, it will automatically fix the checksum in the bin. Easy as it gets for checksum fixing. LH 2.4 editor is the name of the program.

spock345 told me that the 2.4 chip has enough memory to save 2 maps, and that they could be switched by grounding a pin. On the EZK, the Harrie Co daughter boards have a switch to change between the stock map on that EZK and whatever chip you install.

Tracing works well, it's fast. But I'm not using an ADX with it. Mostly just watching the trace and making small adjustments at a time.

The worst thing about my Cobra unit is that it never saves the bin more than a day or so. I have no idea why, but no matter what I do it will never save the bin for long. Sometimes it saves it for 12 hours, sometimes it saves it for 2.

Hm, I want to do ADX extension, because my plan is tune AFR first, then will tune ignition for power
