I have been searching for about an hour on how to correctly remove an injector on my kjet b21ft. I broke one of the fuel hard lines in an attempt to just figure it out myself. So now I need to replace a hard line along with injector O-rings. Any help or a link to a guide on how to remove the injectors will be greatly appreciated.

Remove fuel line at injector and move it out of the way. Use flare wrenches after soaking it with some penetrant oil overnight. Then pull the injector straight out. If the o-ring has completely hardened it can be very difficult. I once had to put a large nut on the top threads and use a small puller to get it out.
Remove to bolt holding the plastic injector holder down and you can replace both the small diameter thick oring between the injector and the plastic holder and the large diameter thin o-ring between the holder and the head. And check that the holder is not cracked.

I tried getting the top off with a wrench but it twisted the line with it and snap, line cracked. And now am afraid to try the other ones. I dont want to try to find lines to replace them all if I break them. Almost to the point of just going LH. Been trying to get this car running correctly and everything I try is in vain with this kjet system.

Don't take the fuel line off the injector. Use this tool or one like it to lever the injector out with a big screwdriver against the valve cover. Once it's out you can get a wrench on the injector to remove it.

If it's stubborn, soak in penetrating fluid, then use two open ended wrenches, one on the cap at the end of the fuel line, the other on the top of the injector.

Easy does it.

1.First remove the 4 10mm bolts that hold the injectors in.
2.Leave the fuel lines on injectors.
3.remove spark plug wires with distributor cap and flip over the valve cover to passenger side.
4.you may have to pull the hose that goes over the valve cover from where it goes to flame trap. All this gives you room to pull the injectors with fuel lines on.
5.remove the screw that holds all the injectors lines in place in front of valve cover.
6. get a small peace of 2x4 to set on top of valve cover.
7. put injectors on 2x4 and start with #1 and push down on the plastic injector,it will be hard but by pushing it down you can remove it and then you will be able to use 2 wrenches 1 on injector and 1 on fuel line to loosen and remove.
May be a little more work but it's worth saving the fuel lines from damage since it seems like they haven't bin removed in a long time.
You should buy the 4 metal injector holders(are probably old and can't hold the injector) so you won't have to do what I just listed again.

Did you find a OEM hard line? I’m practically in the same position, the injector is seized into the hard line and when I began to loosen the line from the injector I saw I was literally torque the line. I stopped before causing to much damage but it’s literally the last injector I’ve had both wrench on the line and injector and nothing. I could keep trying but would rather just replace the line and iff not all

So why do you want to take the injectors out? If you just want to replace them for the no good reason you might want to check the price first.

What you really want to know is the spray pattern. For that you leave everything connected and just stick the whole assembly into clear soda bottles. Then crank up the pumps and move the air meter up and down while observing the pattern. You want to see a uniform cone spray.

If there are any solid streams or one sided patterns a good injector cleaner may fix it. The injectors are really just spray nozzles with an internal filter screen and a check valve at the tip.
