Installing A Factory Trailer Hitch On A 240 Sedan

Hey everyone, I have a 1989 244 and I think its time I finally install a hitch. I got a stock hitch and a throw away rear bumper valance. I could hack that rear valance up or remove it but I would like to attempt to cut it out with a template and see how close I get. My rear valance is damaged anyway, I don't think I could cut a nice one. Is there a template from volvo on where to cut? Or has someone designed one? I have seen cars at the JY with nicely cut pieces but I never thought to take it for my own stencil. Any help is appreciated!
