K24 cartridge replacement

Hey guys,

Was searching around for a cartridge replacement for my k24 turbo off an s60r can only seem to find ones on eBay from a random seller anyone got ideas on where I could find a brand new replacement cartridge?
 
As far as I know, you can only buy rebuilds or a completely new turbo. The rebuild kit is $200 and that includes new compressor wheel/turbine wheel. The rebuild kit is the budget option. It's not hard to rebuild.
