Keep killing ignition components-microsquirt, wasted spark, ign4tower, wrapped wires, cps

I’ve been fighting spark issues. I’ve killed some seriously heat wrapped ignition wires, multiple coils. Just curious if any others have dealt with similar issues. Proper dyno tune around 425whp, e85 most of the time, 1600cc injectors. Cps wire has been replaced 3 times. Mind you I’m rocking a twin wastegate tubular manifold by RSI and 3” downpipe. Considering pulling them and wrapping them with dei titanium wrap but I hate the fiberglass effect. Cheers to any help.

Why not? I think I've seen some sheet metal shielding on later cars that protects the spark plug boots from the manifold. Maybe lift the back of the hood to try and get some airflow through the top?

Are sensors being damaged or just the wires? Maybe there's some over volting going on? Maybe something that should be getting 5V is getting 12? Or maybe more? 14+?

Dwell seems aggressive for LS coils, also are they fused and on their own relay? What size wire feeds them power? I run a capacitor on each of my coils supply just before it hits the coil. No issues no heat shields. I use Ign1a style and don’t run as much dwell as you

I know mega squirt does not specify it but you should really feed your ignition power completely independent from anything else
