Anyone else experience this? I got a pretty good death wobble going on, I've emailed them to see about new bushings but I don't see the arms on their website anymore.

The bushing they supply suck. They’re very soft and degrade quickly.
Maybe STS will make some Delrin ones.

I got all some 1/2" copper pipe pieces from home depot and slit them wrapped them around the steel insert and hammered all that together into the bushing, then hammered that into the control arm. Fixed my problem temporarily, they have not responded to my email though. I also had elongated holes in the crossmember, I welded on some extra thick washers on each side to fix that problem. Only on the left side though. Drives nice and tight, but will keep it parked till the next autocross or I get some new bushings.

I bought Delrin bushings from STS. I don't think they are off set or anything like that. They are really nicely made. I still want to get some type of HD rear control arm bracket like the original Volvo setup.

Did KL racing get back to you on this? Or did you come up with a different solution?

I’m thinking of buying a set of the extended arms- perhaps sleeving down the hole in the arm to fit a standard sized 240 rear bush is a solution- then a readily available polybush could be used.

Cheers

I jammed some pieces of copper tubing around the bolt to shim it a bit. It's holding up but they never got back to me.

Think I’ll buy a set and take some measurements before I fit them, to see if making a set of sleeves out of aluminium so standard sized 240 polys can be used as a replacement.

Cheers
