Haven’t seen very much information about these cams but I’m running +2.5 and seems very lazy down low until around 4,000 rpm. Anyone run these and have insight on what timing setting I should run to try and waken it up down low.

Thanks in advance

Made 348whp but ran into a couple issues, still a lot of room left to go!

Engine:
- Completely rebuilt 93 B230FT squirter block pulled from a 940T. Bored .040" over, decked for tight squish of .040".
-head, dual valve springs, valves stage 3 cam
- 1400cc injectors
-full e85
- MS2-Extra engine management
- EDIS wasted spark ignition
- IPD adjustable cam gear
- T3/T4 50 Trim Turbo
- 3" downpipe
-3” exhaust
- Walbro 450LPH fuel pump

What are the specs on the cam?

In thinking about it. A stage three cam is going to be a cam that moves the power band up in the rpm range. Something like stage 3 with enem cams will have the power band start at 3k rpms. Stage 2 starts it's power band at 2500rpms with enem V16T for example.

The Swedish cams are usually specced in terms of mm lift of the #1 intake valve at piston TDC (360 degrees crank rotation from cam TDC). If you do not have that documentation shipped with the cam, I'd send Petra an email asking for it, and set up the timing by directly measuring the lifter with a dial indicator.
