Lemons race in 3 days pls help

So here's my theory because 30lb/hr injectors are the correct size for my amount of power. The car has been tuned with the suspected fuel issue. The fuel supply to the injectors is not enough so the tune is telling them to open longer to spray more fuel to get the afr right but the problem is there's not enough fuel supply to the rail so the injectors are operating at 100 percent duty cycle at 3 grand and that's why the motor won't rev out or have power. Also the fuel map is not great it needs some time in the oven
You are 100% running injectors that are too small. 30lb (315 cc/min) injectors will support about 200 crank hp on a turbo engine at 100% duty cycle, assuming 3 bar fuel pressure and a 1:1 regulator rise.

Even at 7psi that turbo is capable of ~225hp depending on the BSFC and VE of the engine ( NOT GOOD on an 8v).

You need some 60lb injectors for that turbo setup.

Out of curiosity, for endurance racing, what are folks running for a target AFR table with a low boost redblock (7psi)? I'd think you'd be trying to optimize fuel consumption while still wanting low AFRs for better full-boost high-rpm cooling.

[For the OP, I think your MS is setup to not multiply MAP and to not incorporateAFRtarget. I find it a lot more intuitive and easier to understand with both of those enabled. With this, the VE table is just an efficiency table, and not a combined efficiency/map/afr table.]

Do you have the factory dual pump setup? are both pumps turning on?

I agree fuel pressure does not drop on full throttle. We got a guy dropping off some larger injectors and we will give it a shot in a few hrs

We're using a Subaru outback radiator it works perfect won't even kick the fans on when idling

Had a friend lend me some 42lb/hr injectors works much better now. Guess I underestimated how much power she makes lol. Still think we did have a bad lifter pump turns out a pump from a Volvo s70 works pretty good if your ok with zip ties as a mounting solution.
