Looking for help advive 16v b230

Hello guys uk member here I'm looking to 16v b230 my volvo 240 can some one who has done it please get in contact regarding information as I'm really struggling to work it out seen that many diff things ideally if someone could help I'd really appreachiate it

So I've built b230 8v having a mare with it all I've got 16v head etc so looking to convert it ideally 16v turbo set up I have got some knowledge from what i read ie valve relief in pistons but I'm not super clued up uk don't have many 16v b230 as there really rare over here I know there's loads of differences I could do with some one who's done it so can see pics and list of what have to do to make it all work that's the car
