I needed to get a 93 245 running so I could test other issues - I knew the FPR was bad as it was literally pouring fuel out the vacuum port

The only 3bar regulator I had on hand was from a LH2.2 740T, so I cut the old FPR up & made an adaptor to go from the rail to the older style FPR
With that out the way, I was able to diagnose the other issues that the PO had created in his effort to compensate for the fuel dump
