They usually have Mahle ones for a good price there as well. Don't know where they make them but that brand has been good for a long time like the Mann filters.
They are definitely not all made in Brazil, all the ones I've gotten here in Europe were made in Germany. Wouldn't make sense to ship such a low priced product over here from Brazil I guess.
Knowing German automotive companies and their rigorous quality standards, made in Brazil doesn't necessarily mean they are lower quality than their German counterparts I would assume and I mean oil filters are not rocket science after all.
