Mike Jr's 1969 164 project

I'll take that as a "no the 245 and wheels aren't for sale"

Clean 245 btw, both white and that red one. Love the no chrome Euro look!
Nah neither are for sale. It’s so hard to find early 245s anymore and this one has good bones. Also hard to find original Polaris

This car is my inspiration style wise

No to derail the thread anymore but I was talking about the white car, if you want to sell, holler! Understood about the wheels but should things change lemme know!

That white 245, thing looks pretty clean.

Did you get new barrels for the rear wheels on the 164?
I had a problem getting that car registered so I gave up and gave it to Dean (Dean of Machines)
He's since parted it out and not sure what he plans to do with the shell.
It was just OK not the best car, and useless without a tag.

I do plan on getting new barrels for the rears. Not sure when though. Right now the Polaris are back on it.

Nice, at least the Polaris are getting some use!

Bummer but I get it. Oregon is pretty lax on titles stuff outside of Portland, next time you come across a clean 245 holler!

Have you thought about minilites for wheels? I feel like they've got that nice 70's vibe with a bit of motorsports flair.

I have but not sure what a 15" would look like on them. I picking up an 1800e this weekend I'm going to get a set for it. I can try them on the 164 and see how they look
