More important camshaft information from me to you

Or 5 crank degrees based just on simplified math. I don't think this difference between the calculated and observed change has been resolved here.

[The cam pulley is ~ 4.5" in diameter, or 14.25" in circumference, which gives 0.040" per cam degree or 0.020" per crank degree. 0.10" is thus 5 degrees crank. The aux pulley is offset a few inches to the side of the crank-cam pulley centerline, so the actual degrees will be a bit [edited] smaller.]
Don't forget cams are measured in crank degrees, so the opposite would be true: 10 crank degrees=5 cam degrees.

I've made the actual measurements on this, and based on a factory head height of 146.1mm and using the cam timing info in the greenbooks, your cam gets retarded 1* per 0.012" or something like that. Let it be noted that OEM cam gears have 1* of advance built into them, which makes sense considering maximum allowable correction is 0.020" on the head deck. If you had to cut the head the maximum, it would retard the cam about 2*, but would be less than 1* retarded overall because of compensation in the cam gear.
