Got the decals done by a coworker this year and they're sitting on my desk. I can feel my motivation to continue working very quickly waning.

Right now I'm 60/40 edging towards 70/30 on coming. First day of class is tomorrow for me. It's a really busy week. I'll have the car packed just in case and see how I feel Thursday afternoon. Be great to see the Blue Ridge and all of you again.

I have worked 3 half days (i’m burned out from meetings and prep) at school this weekend, and I’ll work 2 days next weekend. At this rate i’ll be good to go for any and all events starting in mid-June 2026. Have fun, my damies.

do we have a reasonable headcount now? I'll be assing it up starting this afternoon. If the thread is reasonably accurate, it looks like 35ish but I'm not sure I accounted for our illustrious host and his family (tbh, not gonna cut things that close either way) sounds like 40 would be a good WAG.

Some brief work shens in the area then off to the lodge weds evening or Thursday AM

smoked the ass overnight (well, 2 yesterday, and 2 over night) rested, pulled, packaged and sealed. now it's freezing. will use the big pot and water to re-heat it saturday. gonna whip up the sauce in a bit.

so far everything is looking good for an early morning departure tomorrow, final thursday shenanigans are being planned.
