A 1990 B230E would have come with the VX3 from the factory, no? Double check your cam timing and valve adjustment (0.4-0.45mm/0.016-0.018”) make sure the injectors are clean and do an overnight piston soak to make sure the rings are gummed up.Hi my car is 1990 240 glt running a stock B230E with AW71 it came with a VX3 cam in it, probably the previous owner changed the cam before i purchase the car it feels heavy on the low end, after i read couple of threads in the forums i suspect its the cam but im not sure can anyone help or suggest what cam should i use.
