New car

Went and picked up this yesterday:

90 model LH 2.4 car, M47, powersteering, and an awful tan interior, the dash will go in the poo-45
I'm the 3'rd owner, and its freakin mint

Replaces my old white carb'd turbo

Witch even had rust holes in the firewall, so it was time to let it die

And pics of the fleet, including the mrs's 92 240

Well it's not the only place there is rust.. Strangely it has rust holes in the middle of the drivers foot well, the hood hinges are coming loose etc. It's beyond saving, but it has had a good run. Owned it for 5 years

Those lamps are toast, but if your after some I can see what I have.. And yes, it's those exact brackets

i would love a set, and would offer up my super clean OEM CIBIE US spec headlights on a partial trade?

im glad to see those brackets being used, i feel accomplished, my parts are used worldwide

Bargains

Not much has happened with the car, "new" rims with brand spanking new blizzak WS70's.

BUT, I was lucky and scored a sweet set of 100+ Penta rims (for what the KG price of aluminum is, good to know people at scrap places) So now I'm not sure what to run.

I also bought this bargain of an (donor)car this week
88 GLT

Ex embassy car, 300K km, B230E, M46, sun roof, black/grey interior.. payed 1600 bucks for it, witch isn't bad considering it is 2000 bucks worth of suspension on it (bilstein CS, lowering springs, and chassis braces), it also has brand new front + tail lights, and 2,5" simons sports exhaust, and new tires on alloys.

So the plan is to move the suspension bits ,and stock black trim from the GLT to the GL, Just need a drip rail trim bit first (the back one on the right side, shout out if anybody got one)

Well.. Been gathering stuff for this one, but since it is my only car at the moment I haven't had the time to really do a lot with it. But now the top mounts have started squeeking, so I kinda have to

A winter of squirreling parts have gotten me:

Every bit of black trim for the car, including drip rail trim. Also(not pictured): Black door handles, 93 850 lip, and power mirrors

Complete Black/gray interior, black 93 model dash with center console etc, R-sport steering wheel, and brand new R-sport seat covers

New top mounts, lug nuts, upper and lower chassis braces, bilstein clubsport dampers, lesjofors springs, 25mm rear swaybar. Also (not pictured): SAM strut tower brace, and 24mm front bar

I also painted my eikers black, to go with the "blackening" of the car

So now I just need to get either the poo-brown wagon, or the beater back on the road, then I can start on this one

Okay, I've been lusting for 100+ Penta wheels since I got into Volvo and now you can't make a choice for which awesome set of wheels to put on and then you go ahead and show some murdered Eikers! You sir need to ship those Penta wheels to my address asap!

Well, I only have 3 usable penta rims. Being super stoked that I had gotten a set for like 10 bucks, I somehow missed that one was dented/cracked , will hopefully be fixed soon-ish.
But they won't go on this car, they'll probably be used on a 78 245 I plan to pick up this summer.

Well... Most likely totaled. Was backed into. Annoying as it was freakin' mint, and super well kept.. Waiting to hear from the insurance people

But: the door is dented, front bit of the arch, pushed in under the filler cap, bumper plastic ripped loose, scratched to sh**, and cracked tail light
