Yeah. I'm jealous (*no malice)

It's a VWR. 2JZ motorsports strongly recommended it and use it on most of their stuff so I figured I'm already in deep might as well. That exhaust manifold is gorgeous!
It was not a fun job, and I will not be remaking the stock return hard line.

Does it work for you now?And i can't see any of this as Imgur doesn't like the UK..![]()
YESSIR! Epic!Does it work for you now?
Thanks! It's getting there, but I ran out of wire so have to wait for my resupply order to get here.nice work on that concentric twist![]()
I missed this post last year, did you decide what you're doing with it? I put mine in the passenger side rear buttcheek and ran the hose up through the inside of the car. It fits perfectly back there and the pump seems mostly up to the task for the extra run, it just takes a few beats for the fluid to get there. That said I don't keep fluid in it and I have never actually used it outside of proof-of-theory tests in the garage. But in terms of packaging I always thought it was a really clever answer.Eventually I'll probably need to figure out a windshield washer solution, but that's a future problem after the car drives again.
A check valve towards the end would help?I missed this post last year, did you decide what you're doing with it? Definitely. If I ever actually used it I would have done that by now.A check valve towards the end would help?
I haven't decided yet what to do about the washer reservoir. I might try something like this since it's small, cheap, includes a pump, low risk of damage if it has issues, and I probably won't use it much.I missed this post last year, did you decide what you're doing with it?
I am still waiting for the day you bite the bullet and buy a TIG machine though.

I haven't had a functional washer system in my 242 for probably about a decade
Also, yes you should get a TIG. Exhaust is a good starter project. Lots of welding that isn't front and center so it doesn't have to be perfect.
