I'll give it a try, I cant remember what I used on my 240 years ago

took the front seats apart to see what I can save - none of the foam

just add more bailing wire

starting to add dynamat around the trunk floor area

started to wash interior parts

do this until the water runs clean

Turns out I have a lot of brown carpeting, maybe 4-5 sets. Im about 1/2 way done washing it.
Used my coating racks for drying

found some rust under/behind driver seat

removed more of the stock deadening

driver front

cleaned up the surface rust and painted

overall pic - gf helped to add a bunch of dynamat (need to add pics below)

today, I cut part of the driver seat support to get to the rust below

of course while cutting the rust out I cut one of the brake lines ... I kept telling myself I need to check and then I never did

done for today, I ran out of good sanding disks

I managed to pressure wash the work area and the inside of the door sill

seats are pretty much 90% done. I need to take pictures and will put them all together once the floor is done

sandblasted, welded up and braced

new foam back from VP on both sides

cargo floor is on. I decided to just use the original floor for now. I washed it and glued the edges down before adding a few more nails to the trim. I would have been a huge project to take all the trim off for coating. I have a late model floor I might swap in later on

at some point I took off, cleaned, coated and re lubed the e brake handle, these get so nasty

no, in the fall I use a heat gun and in the spring just elbow grease. I used lacquer thinner because cheap and using straight gas as Morgan suggested got me too high

blasted the seat support cutout at work

pretty crunchy

painted and sealed stuff up before welding the support back in. Used a seat frame to make sure it will bolt back up

front 1/2 of the roof

driver side floor (more has been done but I dont have a good picture)

passenger, waiting for body sealant and paint to dry

bought 3m Thinsulate to add it to cracks and crevices - saw that camper conversion people love to use it

place next door to work cuts various insulation/rubber/foam for OEM tractor manufacturers and I got a 3/8 roll of thermal insulation to go under the carpet and various other places for free fifty. I also have a bunch of 1/4 scraps they throw out every Friday

found a virgin bolt in the B pillar, looks like Olaf lost it during the door installation and didn't bother to fish it out

got some eye candy for the cluster from @dbarton ... got rid of the COMMIE measurements but maybe I should have added odd numbers
