Parts interchangeable with a 93 940 wagon

I recently picked up a 93 940 turbo wagon, and being in the rust belt of canada, it needs some work. Part outs and wrecking yards around me are not plentiful so I'm hoping there is some overlap between 700 series cars.

Now to my questions...
Fenders... I found a set of 88 760 fenders around me, will they fit?

Valance/wiper cowl... found one with the show scoop for a 740... are they interchangeable with the 940?

And most importantly... the rear spring perch on the trailing arm is getting rusty, what trailing arms will fit the 940 wagon... are all the solid rear axle 7/9 series trailing arms the same?

The search function has been VERY helpful lately, but these few questions still persist... thanks!

Front end body stuff will need to be post facelift 91+

All the live axle 7/9s will have the same suspension layout, so you can pull those parts from anything

Well at least the suspension will be pretty easy to fix. Guess I have more searching to do.

You must be in Southern Ontario if you're finding the parts I think you are. You're the guy with that silver/grey wagon with the steelies, I think?

I think the panel with the scoop will fit, but I'm pretty sure the reason the seller didn't separate them is because the snow caps are fragile and will disintegrate if actually removed from the panel. I haven't lined them up side by side but I would imagine the facelifted 760 fenders are the same. Definitely the same headlight assemblies, so I don't see why not.

I thought there were a few parts cars sitting around, I can check and see if they're around. I know a guy who knows a guy, in Woodstock, I think.

Yup from southern ontario with the silver wagon on black wheels. I'm in contact with the guy from Woodstock. I too thought the same thing about the facelifted 760... but have also read online and here that I need 91+. In the end I think I will just take off my parts and bring them with me to compare when I go buy others. I have been looking at pictures and comparing them for days.

90+ 740 fenders are the same as 940. 760/940SE and 92-94 960 fenders are all the same, and are different from the 740/940 fenders. They look the same until you get to the back edge where they are different to follow the long 760/940SE/960 hood. They turn up into a point. They will bolt on and look goofy. And yes, the 88-90 760, 940SE and all 960/S/V90s use the same longer windshield. The 740 cowl will fit. If it is 1990 and newer it will be the same. 89 and older will have a different windshield trim at the back edge of the cowl.
