Unless they're new they probably aren't worth much since they're disposable. You can't buy them anymore so they're probably worth something to someone with a B16 who would do what you want to do and keep it looking stock.
They’re NOS but unless they’re somehow $400 air filters I’m just gonna adapt them to the B18.

Finally checked one of the unobtanium parts off the list for my 78 242, they will need some work but never seen these before. None of my wanted posts went anywhere either except The Librarian posted a much appreciated pic.
Any tips to help me get them back in shape would be welcomed, I'll start a post but if you have any experience, please PM me.

Send dimensions etc I would like to make some out of thin steel

Alright, gonna send me a set?

Give me some time to test fit, figure out what should be flat, etc. Getting it wrong would be a good way to short out every light at the same time
FINE
Coated in texture black would look pretty close to cardboard. Then I think some rubber insulation or something to keep it from touching wires just in case

I’ll cut it on our plasma table

It will likely be two pieces per side, where the little bulge is will be separate pice that will have to get welded on

Likely 22gauge (I got a bunch of it)

Tell me a price, I'll take one if they get made

If you hadn't told me what these were I might of thrown these away.

Those paper parts remind me of the Nomex insulating paper or Formex plastic sheet that we use in servers. Steel is probably cheaper.

If you can get nicely measured dimensions in a CAD format SendCutSend will laser cut it for you at pretty good rates.

I'd put a layer of sound matting on the back otherwise they'll be great resonators for any stray rattles. Also could double as electrical insulation.

Forgot to mention
I can import a silhouette from a picture looking straight down

Cool, that would be a lot easier, I can double check measurements, add some fitment notes. I'll get some pics to you tomorrow hopefully.

I'm picturing dynamat spray on the back, thin foam on front, then vinyl or leather covered.
