restoration mods Volvo 940 turbo

I'm not sure the diameter size of original downpipe. Read somewhere it is 2.2 - 2.3 inch. Could fellow members verify the original downpipe diameter ?
Stock turbo DP is something like 2.25" in diameter.
If it is 2.2 - 2.3 inch downpipe, could it handle 200 bhp ?
If you're talking crank output power and not WHP, yes. I think RBP's stage 1 tune uses a stock downpipe (stock rest of the exhaust too) to get pretty much to that mark. I'm sure with my dual muffler delete I'd be right around that 200 bhp mark. Or so I tell myself.

Whatever turbo you want man, they have been telling you that your stock setup with only an added boost controller is good enough for your power level goals. Why not go ahead and install the MBC now and see how you like added power. If not enough for YOU than go further with all the mods you've been guided on here like the 16T, NPR intercooler, chips, 3" DP, etc.....dont mean to be short but it's your car and all of this stuff has been covered many many times on here, even repeated several times in this thread. You've got all the great advice you need to start having fun. I went with S60R K24 turbo and green giant injectors matched with the larger 012 MAF on my B230F+T and with the M47 turbo it's pretty fun. All these stock type parts interchange very easy, most stuff requires basic skills only. The fellas here have gone out of their way for years to document their builds, to answer questions and make recommendations that cover all this type stuff that's why you get the "how many stock psi" jokes, this is all in the FAQs and being spoonfed to you out of courtesy. Good luck with the MBC set at 10psi, let us know how you find the increased boost.

Stock downpipe is 56mm inside diameter with NICE, not varying diameter bends or restrictions. All stock aftermarket replacements i've seen is not nearly as good.
As I wrote on page 2, it is 56mm inner diameter.

Assuming your stock pumps are working properly - factory should be more than enough for your proposed 16t setup. Pressure is 44psi and iirc flow rate is ~150lph (this is just from memory so feel free to correct)

It is okay if I use Japan cars' non turbo fuel pump ?

I think Accord 2.4 and Camry 2.4/2.5 use 140 lph - 150 lph pump
